Project 365: January 2019

Professional Photojournalist
After attempting, and failing to keep up with a Project 366 back in 2016, I have decided to give it a more substantial effort this year.
While I am not concerned about finding content for the days I am on assignment. I will be looking for inspiration to provide a variety of different images on my off days.
The ultimate goal for this project is to print a coffee book including each picture from the year. Then eventually continue the project for each year to build a collection of printed books.
Primarily the project will live on my Instagram profile. But on this page, you’ll find links to posts for each month of the year.
After struggling for the first few days, January went pretty smoothly.
Another year is in the books. And 2018 was one to remember for many reasons. In the spring I was able to follow along as Tech basketball went to Dallas for the NCAA tournament, and then I traveled to Omaha as baseball made it to the College World Series. In fall I covered all twelve football games for the first time.
Additionally, it was my busiest year to date for freelance work. Filled with many new clients and several repeats. As evidenced by some of the pictures below.
By dumb luck I caught Brandone Francis falling backwards after being accidentally hit by OSU’s Lindy Waters.
