For the past few seasons, Texas Tech basketball has been scheduling games in New York City. This year, the game was in the Jimmy V Classic against the top-ranked Louisville Cardinals at Madison Square Garden.
As much as I have traveled over the years during conference play for Texas Tech football and basketball, this was my first time traveling to New York City.
Despite the hours of delay flights, Carlos and I made plenty of time for pizza and other food in the big city. However, once game time arrived, I was all in on photographing this unique opportunity.
